Montages

Montages are created using a zoom lens and slowly taking photos back and forth over a large area. After all the photos are taken and printed at 4x6, they are put together by hand like a puzzle. This process can involve hundreds of 4x6 photos and can take days. The largest montages I have created are 12ft x 3ft (the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges) and 8ft x 5ft (the Flatiron Building and surrounding area). I have also made montage portraits. A finished montage can be framed or sandwiched between sheets of plexiglass. Please visit the Contact page if you are interested in buying or commissioning a montage.
